The assault caused the partial closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

Two more people are now in custody related to a theft at Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals sustained injuries by what is thought to be an irritant spray, as stated by police.

A man, 24, was taken into custody in the Lambeth area for suspected robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was detained on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. They both remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

The arrests follow an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the attack, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their luggage upon exiting a car park lift.

A toddler aged three was among the those hurt during the incident. Five people went to hospital for medical care and have since been discharged.

Police detained a man in his thirties for suspected theft and assault near the scene. He has since been released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Police were alerted at approximately 08:10 GMT following reports of several individuals injured by an irritating chemical believed to be an irritant spray.

The assault - which police said was isolated and not being treated as an act of terror - caused delays to rail services and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park for a short time.
