It was a performance that firmly established their title credentials as they reinforced their position at the league summit.

Back-to-Back Losses for United

This scoreline marked consecutive Women's Super League setbacks for Marc Skinner’s side for the initial occasion since spring 2024, placing them a sizable gap off the top team with their trophy ambitions severely dented.
